What are your hours?
We are open 24/7, 365 days a year.
Do you have large machines?
We have 60, 80 and 100 pound machines! You can do a ton of laundry at once or use them to wash those bulky comforters.
Are you attended?
Yes! One of our friendly attendants is on hand 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. Monday - Saturday and 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Are you a coin or card laundromat?
We are a card store and you can load your card with a credit card, debit card or cash.
Wash & Fold
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can leave your laundry with one of our attendants Monday - Saturday between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. On Sunday you can use our drop off laundry between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We use a high quality commercial detergent but you can upgrade to Tide or Gain for a small upcharge.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order for wash and fold.
Do you wash my clothes with other customers clothes?
No, we always wash your clothes separately from other clients.
When will I get my clean clothes back?
Our wash and fold service has a 24 hour turnaround time. If it will take longer then we will let you know.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery seven days a week.
What is the turnaround time for pickup and delivery?
You will get your clean clothes back in 24 hours. If it takes longer due to circumstances we will let you know.
Is there a minimum order?
There is a 10 pound minimum order.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my clothes?
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
How do I schedule an order online?
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No. You never have to sign a contract and you can stop service at any time. We know that you will stick with us based on our excellent service.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
Like other online services, we ask for your credit card or debit card when you place the order. You card will not be charged until your order has been weighed and completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
Please put your laundry in a laundry bag or in a trash bag and make sure it is closed properly so nothing falls out.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pick up until you return from your vacation.
